Pharmacy Weight Loss Stranraer is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Stranraer and the surrounding UK region. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline any application where patient safety may be at risk. Our clinical team has the final authority on eligibility.
All prescription medications dispensed through Pharmacy Weight Loss Stranraer are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified pharmacist independent prescriber. No prescription will be issued automatically.
You must provide complete and truthful information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in your account being suspended and could pose serious risks to your health.
Prescriptions are valid for the period specified on the prescription document. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
We do not accept prescriptions issued by third parties for fulfilment through our service.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices include the cost of the consultation, medication, and standard delivery where applicable. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
We do not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to postal or courier delays outside our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, a redelivery or collection arrangement will be made by the courier.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, adverse weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been generated and the medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as prescription medicines cannot be resold under UK law.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund of the medication cost will be issued. Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
